I had the wonderful pleasure of photographing Miss California USA 2004 for an upcoming pageant. This was a little different than the photography I usually do, but I had a great time doing it and hope to do more in the future. These are some photos from my beautiful niece's Sweet 16 this past weekend. It was my first experience shooting such a big event and using a flash (which I only had 2 days to practice with). It was definitely a learning experience for me! Enjoy :-)

I had yet another wonderful family to photograph yesterday. They were laid back, goofy, and fun...just the way I like 'em :-). Thank you for making my job so easy! I had a great time and sure hope you enjoy the pictures. There are more but I had to narrow it down to my faves. I hope to see you again sometime.

Since it's been a week since I've posted anything on here, I thought I'd share a fun shot that I got of my little guy yesterday while he was running through the sprinklers (boy it was a hot one!). I just love the fun and smiles that the warm weather brings!

I'm so excited to be posting my first "sneak peek" (okay maybe more than a sneak peek)!! Thank you to the "C" kids, I had a great time photographing each and every one of you. Yes, we faced some challenges like too much harsh sun and strong winds but we got some nice shots (at least I think so!). Hope you like them!
